Professioanl Photographers: We recommend using having a calibrated monitor and using files in sRGB color space for the best color reproduction, our digital printing presses use a CMYK toner based printing process when images are converted to CMYK we use the standard ISO Coated V2 profile.
Image reproduction will vary to what is viewed on your monitor, while all efforts are used in colour management we can not guarantee accurate reproduction of RGB images.
Tax: Pricing includes Goods & Services Tax (GST) @ 10% Exports are GST exempt.

Warranty: 90 Day Replacement Warranty for faulty workmanship or print specification discrepancy
Returns Policy: Notification of fault to be made within 21 days of receipt of your purchase. Item may be required to be returned to us at your cost for inspection prior to replacement. Replacement items will be returned inclusive of all costs including postage and handling.
Limit of Liability: Submission of digital media to us constitutes an Agreement by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary or agents, even if due to negligence, will entitle you to replacement with an equivalent amount of digital media. Incidental or consequential loss or damages are specifically excluded.
Backup: Ensure you always keep a backup of files transferred to us in case of transfer failure.
Copyright: By transferring media to us you undertake that you are entitled to use the images and the printing of such images does not breach any copyright or other law in the jurisdiction of NSW,Australia.
Indemnity: In the event your media breaches copyright or other laws you agree to keep us fully indemnified against any claim or action as a result of the publication
Privacy: Transfer files will only be kept on our system for the period required to complete the order and will be deleted thereafter. We will not sell or knowingly distribute your files for any reason
Licensing: This license is for non-commercial use only. It covers the use of the software for creating calendars or cards or photo albums that are for private and internal business use only. If you wish to create calendars or cards or photo Albums you are planning to sell, or exchange for services, to third parties, directly or indirectly, separately or as a part of any package, please see commercial license.
Commercial License: This license allows the commercial use of software. It covers the use of the software for creating calendars or cards or photo albums that are sold, or exchanged for services, to third parties.
